Peggy is a Grade 10 student offering tutoring in math and English. She is a dedicated student who achieved Extending in all subjects. She brings strong academic fundamentals and clear communication. As an active member of Student Council and a volunteer working with children at church, she has developed strong leadership and communication skills, and she hopes to help young students build confidence in their academics.
Sebastian Tejerina
Math and Chemistry
Sebastian is a Grade 12 student with a deep interest in applied STEM and advanced mathematics. Having scored 98% in Pre-Calculus 12 alongside extensive robotics competition experience, he likes helping other students learn, and make hard topics feel easy.
Amy Liu

Hi! I’m a high school student who enjoys helping younger students learn and feel more confident in their schoolwork. I mainly tutor French, Math, and English, and I like making difficult topics simple and easy to understand. I have experience working with children through VIBS Tutoring, volunteering at Lok’s Hapkido School, and working as a camp counsellor. Through teaching Hapkido, I have learned how to create lesson plans, explain things clearly, and adjust lessons for different students. I’m patient, friendly, and enjoy making learning fun and comfortable. My goal is to help students improve their skills while becoming more confident and independent learners.

My name is Mavis Wang, and I’m currently a Grade 10 student at Richmond Secondary School. In my free time, I enjoy painting, snowboarding, playing the cello, and volunteering. I’ve also grown up around a lot of different languages and can speak English, French, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I’ve been speaking these languages for over 10 years.

Hi my name is Michael, and I'm a junior at Valley Christian High School. I am the marketing and outreach director at VIBS, and also enjoy tutoring math and biology. In my free time, I like playing volleyball, coding, and mountain driving.

Pauline is a Grade 11 student attending Prince of Wales Secondary School. She is currently taking an advanced Pre-Calculus 12 class and has 15 academic awards in various subjects. Her free time is usually filled up with volunteering, where she serves as vice president of her local Youth Council and Key Club.

Frank is a Grade 12 student who is strong in math and chemistry. He is currently studying AP Chemistry, and maintained a 96 average in grade 11. He enjoys teaching others and seeing them understand new content.
